I got my EK books and started skimming through some of the chapters and passages. I noticed I couldn't even answer the first question in the Physics, Chem or OChem. Should I be worried?

I've been out of school for a few years so I definitely need to review content, but did anyone else feel like this before starting their MCAT prep?

Trying to remain calm since I haven't even started actually studying yet. Wondering if I should make sure to get supplemental books too.

I felt the same way when I first started studying for it. It's normal, but nothing should look foreign.

When is your test? If it's in 2 months, then yes I'd be worried.

If you've forgotten most of the content, just give yourself extra time to study. That way, you're not putting too much pressure on yourself to learn everything right away.
