There has to be a TON of nicknames/slang for doctors from 19th and 20th century!!!

3.) Quack
4.) Professor
5.) Doc
6.) Croaker
7.) Butcher

I have heard nurses refer to certain doctors as being either Major Dumba@@es or Minor Deities!
