SLEEP 2011 -- Trainee Symposia question

I notice for this year's SLEEP meeting there are Trainee Symposia running on the Saturday and Sunday which are free, but open only to trainees. I'm wondering if anyone knows what these are like and if they're worth attending instead of the postgraduate courses?
