Right now I'm a senior and I want to be a veterinarian hopefully for wildlife / zoo animals... but since I'm so far away from accomplishing this, I know I should keep my options open, so I've been exploring different careers that interest me... even though I'm about 90% sure I want to do something with medicine.

I really like phychology, fascinated with the human brain, and I'm a geek for dreams and sleep disorders... I guess I was wondering if maybe you could tell me more about the field and such.

To know more about these things you're interested in, I suggest you go to the library and read. That's what I do aside from reading the occasional online stuff I find. You can search for sites online that talk about the topics you mentioned. Just make sure that they're reliable. Here are some I found about sleep disorders:
