Smoking in lab?

While waiting for my acceptance letters, I took out and lit a cigarette to make myself numb to the time. Suddenly, a question stroke me: Will I be able to smoke while doing lab works?

This is a serious question, since I expect to spend quite a few hours each day in labs as a pharmacy student. Being a long-term weedaholic, I can't imagine myself without a puff for more than an hour. So, it is mandatory that i take this into consideration if the pharmacy school i go to will let me smoke in labs. As my acceptance letters will soon arrive, I make ask for your valuable inputs now in order to make a well-informed decision when the time comes.

So, any opinion?

Since you are waiting for your acceptance letters to be arriving soon, we can make a safe assumption that you have met all of the pre-pharmacy requirements, correct? And surely, among those requirements you have encountered biology labs, zoology labs, anatomy labs, general chemistry labs, organic chemistry labs, physics labs, potentially microbiology labs, or physiology labs, correct?

Did you get to puff on your joints and or cigarettes during those?

Seriously.... get real or grow up.

That's nothing; in rural Idaho we have regular meth breaks. (This is after we manufacture it in lab, of course). Sure makes it easier to pull all-nighters!

Your qeustion is a little vague. Do you intend to smoke weed during your breaks or just cigerates. Most people think that your trying to smoke weed during your breaks, but it seems that what you intended to ask, is if you can smoke cigerated during your breaks, since your were smoking a cigerate when you first thought of the qeustion. If thats the case, then Im assuming as long as your on your break, you can do whatever you please during your break that isnt (1.)illegal and (2.)intoxicating. You are going to have to use route memorization to learn a lot of the new concepts in pharmacy school. Smoking weed during pharmacy school is your choice, but why would you smoke something that will effect your long term memory when your long term memory is so vital for your success in pharmacy school. 😕

Remember to be a team player and be creative. That means bring a few xtra that are hand-made to share with the interviewers.

You just need to apply to C&CCOP. Instead of the fancy laptops and lab coats that every other school gets, you get a shag-carpet filled van and personal rolling lessons from Cheech and Chong themselves. You do need to know the words to 'Born is East L.A.' to be admitted though.
