According the AMCAS website there are only 10 SMP programs nationwide. Does that sound accurate or are there other programs that aren't listed on their website?

10 is more than I know of, but there seem to be "new" programs starting in various places. Try the postbac forum - that's where SMP applicants/attendees post commentary.
