Hello,
I am applying to med school this cycle. My cGPA is 3.33 and sGPA is 3.24 according to AMCAS. And my MCAT is 32.. I majored in Biomed engineering and am also completing a masters for which I have a 3.7. I realize that because of my GPA, I have a very slim shot of getting in this cycle. So, I have been researching SMPs. I am really interested in the Georgetown one as it seems like they have a great acceptance into MD schools. I saw that their app is open already and was wondering when should I start applying to SMP programs.
Also, how do you guys usually pay for these expensive programs? Private loans or graduate loans?
Any other suggestions would be great, too!
Thanks!
