SMSPP Application from Western??

Hi everyone, i don't normally post much...

I just got a Summer Medical School Prep Program from Western the other day. It's a 4 week course for "Prospective Students" that starts in late June. (this is not to be confused with the ISAC, which is actually a condensed version of the anatomy course)

Now, here's the thing....i'm still an alternate! This letter sure got my hopes up, so i was wondering...are there any other western alternates out there that got this letter? I'm wondering if western just sends it to all the accepted people and also all the alternates. My coworker, who is also an alternate got one too..so i'm thinking that that might be the case.

Just wondering...any feedback would be great. Thanks a lot!

I was given alternate status at Western on 1/29/03, but I have not received any coorespondence from them since. Is it possible that Western's Summer Medical School Prep Program is offered to all of their acceptees and all the alternates in the So Cal area?? I don't think it would hurt to call Western and ask for specifics (and while you are at it, you can remind them how much you want to go to their school!).
