So I haven't heard anything. No interviews or anything. I have four schools on AADSAS that say application complete, does this mean rejection? I applied to all the big schools NYU, Tufts, BOston (not the application complete schools). Do I still have any chance? I know my stats aren't amazing but I was hoping to get into at least one school. GPA 3.4 sGPA 3.3, DAT 19 TS 19 AA 24 PAT.

Did you apply late? I'm still under review for Boston and UCSF. Not sure what that means either.

Application complete means your application is ready to go to the committee for review. Or, it's already being reviewed. Your stats really aren't that bad... maybe you applied late? So expect to hear late as well.

I have a smillar stats as you , well, not your stellar PAT 🙂 and I have applied to all those big private schools : Boston, NYU, Tuft, Temple and ...

So far no Luck. I think many of us with Below the average GPA apply to these big private schools that get 3000-4000 applications and I think there is a big element of Luck involved with those schools.

i heard alot of the big schools, specifically nyu interview into the spring ( i worked for a guy who said he was interviewed in march/april and got in to NYU) so i wouldnt give up just yet....

Your stats are decent in my opinion and you certainly still have a shot at this cycle... there are still 2-3 months left (depending on the school) to get an interview invite. If worse to comes to worse and you have to reapply... do either a post-bac which will boost your science GPA... or a 1 year masters which will be a new science GPA, but will show that you can handle graduate level science coursework.

Don't give up though - keep your head up. Your time will come!
