the average board scores of those who matched tomorrow? I'm going to be matching next year and am wondering about the "huge increase" in EM competitiveness...

Board scores do mean ALOT to get you more interviews. Probably even more so for DO applicants and definately even more so for FMGs.bulgethetwine said:Board scores mean very little in the end game. Most of the traffic on this board that emphasizes the scores are from neurotic final year med students...

All that being said there was only 1 interview that I REALLY wanted that I didnt get!
There were two programs I tried to rotate with that turned me down. One was also one of the places that I really wanted the interview but didn't get.irrka said:there was one place that i really wanted to rotate, but then they lost my application....twice; then they never got back to me about an interview, even after i actually called expressing interest. you just can't win with some people. i s'ppose they suck since they lost my application TWICE(!!!) anyway...
