So do you make little outlines/notes or just memorize while studying..?

I'm starting to use Sn2ed's method, but was wondering how do you go about in memorizing such a vast amount of material from the Berkeley Review books? Do you just memorize, or simply understand the material and move on without taking notes? Any help appreciated, thanks!

I used different methods depending on the section.

PS: I took a few key notes that would be nice to remember, but I mainly focused on equations and their relationships to each other.

BS: I took notes...it's bio, you kind of have to.

What helped me the most was forming a study group and talking out topics that we all had difficulty with. Being able to teach a topic speaks immensely of your comprehensive knowledge on it.

Don't memorize. Understand. You simply CANNOT memorize everything you need to know. It's just not possible. You must learn to think your feet. Spend the minimum amount of time reviewing content and maximum practicing. The MCAT is like the Olympics. You don't get better by reading about your sport/event!

half agree, I think you should still take notes and look over them...memorizing=learning after repetition IMO
