Last summer I studied only from UW and did about 900 or so ques. in about 2.5 weeks during a crap stained last month of internship in the CCU. Took the NBME mini and scored roughly a 200. I hadn't gone through any prep for the simulated cases and had only a day before my scheduled Exam. Didn't feel comfortable enough to take it......so I didn't.
I have more time now (almost a year later) and don't want to go through UW again (painful). Just looking to pass and will go through B&W, F.A and want to go through either a Kaplan Q book or NMS in about 2 weeks. Haven't heard many great things about Kaplan and really haven't herd too much about NMS at all.
Any suggestions on which is better?
