for a Pharm Tech position.

So reviewing resume's... I come across a highly qualified motivated applicant.. all the male employees feel she's the most qualifed. Great work history.. great work ethics.. nice long term employement history...

except for 1 year..where she only worked part time.. kinda puts a dent in her resume... as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader..

He's just using that "dent" facade to introduce the fact that she was a cheerleader. He really thinks it's the coolest thing ever. Remember, he's a man and therefore thinks from underneath his pants.
