It's past mid-October and only 1/3 of DO EM programs have started passing out invitations.. The programs really make their final decisions in about what, December?.. When should we expect things to really fire up? 🙁

Is your application complete? Did you apply to enough programs? Did you talk to the EM advisers at your med school about your concerns?

How do you know only that many are handing out invitations? Some don't respond at all to your application, so are you saying only 1/3 replied to your app? If I remember right, most invitations were done around this time or beginning of November.
