So should my AAMC practice scores match my MCAT?

Generally, people score +/- 2 or their AAMC average. There are those RARE exceptions though where people do a lot better, or a lot worse

Alright so I'm guessing the rare exceptions are all the dudes on here saying it was impossible and so drastically different from the aamc?

Almost everyone says it was drastically different and nearly impossible...but in the end, when they get their scores back, it's generally about their average on the AAMC tests

In theory.

Its just the heat of the moment and pressure that makes it seem more difficult. If you prepared thoroughly and covered your weak areas, you'll be fine and score near your AAMC average. If you haven't shored up your weak areas, then if the test exposes them, don't be surprised to see a major drop from your AAMC average.

Its really not that much different from AAMC if you come prepared.

I just took it 12 hours ago and looking back, I came through with the right answers on a lot of the questions that I was 50/50 on. I'm hoping I score -2 from my practice average of 37 right now, but my "feeling" because of nerves is that I'm in the 33 range. Don't underestimate the pressure and expect PS to kick you in the teeth right away. Take notice of the experimental passages though. They can dramatically alter how you actually did as compared to your impression, whether they're easy or super difficult.
