From what I read from the forum I have learnt that I have to do OMT for those who asked for. But, my question is what if I didn’t find any somatic dysfunction to treat? I think there must be some sort of OMT required to pass PE exam but what I can do if I didn’t find any thing? Is it appropriate to do simply soft tissue even if there is no somatic dysfunction as long as musculoskeletal complaint?
Again, can I expect those who are presented with musculoskeletal complaints are usually OMT patients?
Thank you
