hi,

need some constructive criticism for my re-app process

gpa: 3.67
BS biochemistry/cell bio
MCAT: 32Q
currently work full-time for pfizer as a lab assistant
I have also done a internship at a cardiology clinic back in college
waitlisted @ 2 school (so I'm preparing for the worst and planning for the next round)

I'm thinking about doing an SMP during my year off (while going through the app process all over again, YAY!) or getting more clinical experience(ie volunteer at a hospital or work under a doctor)

any advice on my situation? thanks for your help guys
