Elasticity, young's modulus, and all that jazz. I need to practice it. I've read the section from a few mcat review books that explain it, but I was around 30% with the EK questions. So i'm looking specifically for practice questions rather than more reading.

Suggestions, please?

thank you.

looking in my old physics book, it does not have a section devoted to this material.

Back in 12 AD Rome, when I took the mcat, I used the princeton review Qbook (or workbook) and honestly I found the questions to be most like the real stuff besides practice AAMCs. I think they were organized by topics also (EM, light etc).

Man, good question. The only place I can think of is TBR and EK 1001.

I learned this stuff in a Mechanics of Materials course that was required by all engineering students. Worst class I ever took! If you dare, here's a link to the textbook:

http://www.amazon.com/Mechanics-Mat...0288/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1331608622&sr=8-1

You could probably buy an older edition for $5.

I had happier feelings about that class, but I agree with this post otherwise. If you think it's worth getting another book for something that might not be on your mcat, go ahead and buy an old edition one on Amazon.

Or here is an idea. Go to mit open course Ware and see if they have lectures you can use.
