I need some advice with regard to my Step 2 CK preparation. In addition to Step 2 Qmax, what other test banks and books would you recommend me to use?

Keep it simple! MTB 2/3 (or FA if that works for you) with UWorld (writing down what you didn't know into either UW notes or a separate Word doc). Review all your notes 3-4x/week. Read Secrets if you'd like (I really did not enjoy this book). Done! No need to overcomplicate.
