During your interview, does the interviewer ask about you old-application? I changed my fall 2006 coursework quite a bit, from biology to chemistry. Not sure the discrepancy between this year application and last year will affect the evaluation.

I'm assuming you changed courses or departments between submitting AMCAS last year and this year, right? If so, don't worry. once you get to the interview, a lot of schools won't look at you transcript (closed). Others may just want to know why you switched. Just be able to talk about your reasons for the change.
