some excuse for late drop course?

i have never retaken course before but i would like to retake this class

because im 89% sure if i were to retake, ill get A

i received C- originally.. and i dont know how did this happen


Anyways, i want to submit late course drop petition

but they require some legitimate reason such as death of fam, medical, emotional trauma or other.. and need some paper works to proof.

What excuse should i give??
please help me out..
