I had to make nearly the same decision out of hs and chose MIT... I don't regret it, but if I had to do it all over again I wouldve gone to Harvard, enjoyed ug while getting better ug grades, and been where I am now <shrug>
I would skip the bs/md, I don't regret not doing plme or hpme out of HS fwiw.
