I am an IMG and am planning to enter the 2008 Match.
I have a couple of questions and was hoping some-one could help me out:
1) I understand that the match process runs through the San Fransico match ...but do i also have to register with NRMP?
2) what do people think about also applying for a stand-alone PGY1 position...just in case ?....is this done via nrmp?
3) what are people's opinion on applying for two different specialities...is this even technically possible?
4)when does the whole process start?..and how does is work breifly?
5)can anyone recommend any useful resources?
