how in the world would we get these answers for these key hole questions?


To be honest even if you give me hours to do these type i still wouldnt get them correct.

This question you can answer with just straight line counting. Use the front view and try line counting, the answer should be clear. This is also called a Top/Front/End view problem.
 
this problem is easier than you think.

You can eliminate all the choices based on just 1 view.

From the front view.

It shows from left to right of vertical lines.

Solid(left edge), hidden line, solid, hidden, hidden, solid(right edge)

Choices A and D quickly be eliminated. that hexagon shaped outline should've presented use with 3 hidden lines.

Choice C is eliminated as it as 1 too many solid lines. it would be Solid(left edge) then solid line again.
