well, your biggest drawback will be the Cfactor of your restoration. yes, bulk fill is great it terms of being quick (sonic fill is pretty quick!) but your margin adaptation is highly more susseptible to marginal breakdown and you risk having uncured composite. if your boss, the DMD/DDS, is willing to take the risk with this with his px's then i guess you're kind of stuck :/ i'm still a student, but in terms of peer reviewed data, bulk fill is a no go.
