source for 100% cotton white coat?

Can anyone point me to a good source for 100% cotton white coats with custom embroidery? I tried Advance Healthcare (http://shop.advanceweb.com/) and the coat itself is great. But they don't let you customize the font size, and their default size is too big. Any ideas?

100% cotton will need ironing every time you wash it. I switched from those coats to a poly cotton blend after one year of trying the 100% cotton coats. Much easier to keep the coats clean if you're willing to wash them every week or two and not have to worry about ironing.
