Does anyone out there have any experience with the FM programs in SD? I really like Sioux Falls and Rapid City but have never been to SD before.

Rapid city they looked dead and overworked. Super cold. More rural but if youre really into the outdoors its heaven. However the residents are unopposed and basically keep the hospital running so they are definitely overworked
