Yeah, non-private equity groups in Florida are rarer than hens teeth.

I get tired of hearing about how private equity groups are bad and all the other groups are so much better. The market dictates what you get paid and older partners, private equity groups, and hospitals systems are not gonna simply pay you 2x market. They will all take their profits. What you need to look for is a good job, with good vacay, comp and partners irrespective of the entity that owns you.
