I applied to SBU august 17th and got accepted Sept 3rd. The email said I would be receiving and admissions packet in the mail, that was 12 days ago and I still have not received it. Is this normal? I was going to Email them today.

I applied to SBU late October and received my acceptance 12 November. I got my certified letter around 02 December and have to make a seat deposit by next week.
