Special LOR form?

Okay Im getting scared with all the talk of LORforms on here. I know I needed to give my professor the consent to waive my LOR form and all the necessary paperwork from my institution (UF). In addition, I gave him lots to write about me...(ie why dentistry and a short thing about myself incl. why I want a recc from HIM). Now I see people telling me that I need an AADSAS form or something? What if they already wrote the letters and sent them to my file at the school? What is thisform I need? Thanks!

1) Always wave your right to see any LORs
2) You don't have to go through AADSAS
3) Its too early to send in LORs to individual schools now (they will be lost)
4) Its probably best to send LORs directly to schools although it involves more work than using AADSAS
