Does anyone know how much specialty programs like endo, ortho and pedo cost? or are there some that pay you? any info would be appreciated

Depends on the program. Yes, some pay but those are usually the most highly desired and most competitive for obvious reasons. You can just look up some programs and they will list the tuition/stipend (if any).
