Hey guys,
I submitted my app yesterday and a few days before I that, I submitted my transcripts. I ordered my transcripts online, and AACOMAS had specific instructions that applied when sending transcripts online.
It specifically says: "IMPORTANT: If you are requesting a transcript online, we understand you cannot include the transcript request form. Instead, include the word “AACOMAS ID#” and your FULL AACOMAS ID# when you are typing our address into the field for where you want the company to mail the transcript. This way, your AACOMAS ID# will print onto the transcript as part of the address label and we can match your transcript to your application."
When I sent out my transcripts, I wrote the AACOMAS ID # on both the field for where I want my school to mail the transcript (the "street address" field) AND the recipient field just in case. In the recipient field, I wrote "AACOMAS Transcript Processing Center," along with my ID. Same thing with the street address field - I put the P.O. Box # as well as my ID. I didn't know which field specifically to put my ID in.
That shouldn't be an issue right? I'm not sure how sensitive address labels are and if the people delivering my transcripts will have a hard time figuring out where to send them. I just want to make super sure that they get into the right hands obviously, since I don't want to have any delays to verifying my app. It should probably be okay, but I want to be doubly sure...
