Questions:
1. What is meant with "possible cutoff values". What is "possible" referring to here?
2. What effects on specificity and selectivity will cutoff value B have? I can't decipher that from the diagram.
3. What is meant with "posttest probability"? After a test, isn't it obvious what condition someone has? Why talk about probability when you know the results thanks to a test?
