Speech recognition / Dictation in Anki?

I'm going to have a bit of a commute to school and am wondering if anyone is aware of an Anki add on for speech recognition/dictation to review flashcards on the way to school while I drive? Ideally, using existing text-only cards (I doubt I'll have the time to manually record every new card).
