Spinal manipulation scope of practice?

With regard to spinal manipulation, what is the scope of practice for PT/DPT?

Is HVLA allowed or is considered strictly under the purview of chiropractic fluoroscopy on that manipulation?

Is this variable state by state?

State by state, most states allow it.

Not sure what you mean by chiropractic fluoroscopy though.
