This might seem kind of obvious, but if you are involved in a sport, but don't compete should you put it down? e.g. I box (involved in Muay Thai as well), and I do it about 5-6 hours a week and have for the past year and a half (sometimes more/less). I'm not at competitive level, a dilemma after a slightly scary head injury, I do it because I enjoy it but it's much more than the occasional shooting the hoop. 👍/👎?
