I was in sports med clinic awhile back- and an athlete asked me about my opinion on creatine as a muscle building supplement- and I honestly couldnt give a factual answer. I dont know if there has been a legitimate consensus opinion on the safety of using this stuff for one? any thoughts-

It's from 2001, so you'll need to pubmed from there up.

nice work- asthetically pleasing presentation. Sounds as if it may help with small temporary gains. Although, largely unstudied, as are most chemicals that aren't owned by a billion dollar pharm company! I guess the bigger question is? Is it harmful?

Case reports only. Rare at best, and mitigating factors in those cases.
Like the undiagnosed nephritic patient who happened to start creatine.
