Does anyone know any schools that have programs or clinics that have Sports & Vision Optometry Programs?

Im so interesting in possibly looking into a school with such program...

I recall hearing quite a bit about sports vision when I was researching and visiting PUCO. The student giving the tour I went on said that some of the professors do research with Nike for sports vision training and equipment (btw, Nike has their headquarters in Portland, that's why it's so convenient).
From talking to optometrists, I hear that sports vision optometry is a narrow specialty located in a few areas (although I don't know where those are!).
