Hi, I have been reading this site for a while, just registered and this is my first post. anyway, i am a sophomore in college and im very interested in St. James' premedical program. I know that once you start there, your chances of going to another school are slim to none without SERIOUS problems. however, another scenario that came to mind is that i know some states require a minimum of 90hrs undergrad in order to receieve a licensure. is there anywhere that i can review my states' requirements? Im from MA. thanks a lot.

I've never heard of St. James. More curious though is why choose it over St. George's, Ross, AUC, or SABA?

You can find state medical board web addresses and contact info on the Federation of State Medical Boards website (www.fsmb.org).

There is a lot of negative talk about st. james. I would seriously consider this before even considering this school for medicine. You would be better off working hard, getting a good mcat score and applying for one of the big 4
