Which standardized tests are required for Veterinary school?

GRE
bioGRE
MCAT
VCAT

And which schools require these exams?

Everywhere takes the GRE. A few places accept the MCAT on an either/or basis with the GRE. Bio GRE is required by a few places but certainly not the majority. They killed the VCAT at least 3 years ago, so you can't take it even if you want to.
