Well dont copy and paste it, but you should try to atleast say it in a different way.

well...you could rephrase the ps...but i would try to find something new to write...it's your chance to give them more info about you, so if you can think of something else to talk about, that would probably be better.

Could you post the question?

Oh and how long is the secondary? I just got it today, but I don't want to start it because I won't be able to finish it soon.

The Committee on Admissions regards the diversity of an entering class as an important factor in serving the educational mission of the school.

The Committee on Admissions strongly encourages you to share unique, personally important, and/or challenging factors in your background, such as the quality of your early educational environment, socioeconomic status, culture, race, ethnicity, or life or work experiences. Please discuss how such factors have influenced your goals and preparation for a career in medicine.

regarding the diversity essay:

what if you are a middle-class white male? what do you write about? i don't mean this to be funny or anything, i am really stumped. i don't feel anything in my "background" financially, educationally, ethnically, etc. is extremely diverse.

what do you talk about then?

Talk about how your non-science major, work experience, third arm, etc will set you apart.

I'm actually 25% Icelandic. Does that count for anything?

You will proudly represent the school in the "World's Strongest Medical Student Contest" ?

I would expand on the PS things that you were not able to talk about in detail...that you want to share with them.
