Alas, OldPsychDoc, I, too, cannot even see mine own personality profile on this computer controlled by he-who-must-not-be-named (The IT dept.).

You will enjoy the fruits of these teachings when you return home. The site is, at time, 'tasteless,' as they say...but certainly nothing more than what'st thine eyes have seen in the prior fortnights of thine practice in serving the mad.

More I think of it, I like the Qui Gon thing. Kinda fits my whole "psychodynamically informed C-L psychiatrist" mojo.

I also think Qui-Gon fits you well. He's not a bad personality to be. Truly exexplifies a jedi. But yes, he did die a stupid and unglamorous death. I sort of see you having a similar personality to that of Doc Samson - at least your online personas. So, I'm not surprised at the similarities there.

Based on this categorization, where would you put psychiatrists as a whole? Keep them as Qui-Gon? Yoda? Admiral Akbar? Or are we bounty hunters like Jango or Boba Fett as the Scientologists profess?

I think psychiatrists run the gamut from Han (a psychopharmacologist - no belief in the force), to Obi-wan/Yoda (clearly analysts).

And, he didn't live IN Jabba's tail. He simply rested in it, not unlike a cat. This became clearly evident when R2-D2 shocked him with his tazer, causing Salacious Crumb to jump to the rafter's of Jabba's palace throne-room.

Anyhow, I am Yoda 🙂 Don't so much follow Star Wars, actually, I've never seen any of the movies, but he sounded good so I'll take it 😀 What is this weird obsession people seem to have with Star Wars? Do the movies contain subliminal messages that only a certian type of person or personality is affected or inflicted by?
