I am currently a PGY1 about to enter PGY2. Any advice on how to prepare, what to read, et al? I'd appreciate any help/advice you can offer.

Anatomy, Anatomy, and more anatomy. Oh yeah, by the way, some more anatomy. Also, the neuro exam, and start diving into spinal cord and TBI complications...just a start I guess

Anatomy seems to be as good an area to "refresh" as any.. best not to be embarassed too much by the all-knowing auditioning 4th year PM&R students (j/k), esp. after the daze of finishing up internship and transitioning to sunnier skies. 😀
