Hello everyone!
I'm a medical student from Ireland, currently in my 4th year (of a 5 year course) and I plan on working in the US (in internal medicine) after graduation. I intend to take USMLE Step 1 during my christmas holidays.
Just wondering what is the best way to go about studying for step 1? So far, all I've done is about 300 questions from an old Qbank (Board Simulator Series) that was recommended to me by a friend. I plan on using the following resources:
First Aid
USMLE World Qbank.
I deliberately want to focus on using as few resources as possible mainly cos of a lack of time and also cos of the fact that I learn much more efficiently by doing questions out as opposed to reading, absorbing and regurgitating material from numerous textbooks.
Do you guys think this is sufficient?
Thanks a million!
