Hi! I am starting to panic here.

I submitted my application on July 5th(2nd Batch) and all my documents were completed around July 30th. I have a supplement invite from UCSF so far, but no interview.

My brief stat is 3.15 GPA, 21/21/24 DAT.
I think my low GPA is holding me back, however I am taking biomedical program and it will be completed by the end of this year. Do you think it would make my application more qualified?

I am starting to loose hope for getting an interview before December. Do you think that I still have a hope? Can anyone give me a suggesstion what I can do at this point?
Thank you.

Later on you can add stuff to your application. I'm blanking on what that is called, but I think you get one chance to update your app with new classes or whatever else you want. So you could do that when your classes are done. But above all, just try to be patient. People get interviews and acceptances long into the springtime and even summer in some cases. On day one of class nobody cares when your interview was. You're all equals.

You can update your application during the academic update period with your fall grades but other than that, not much else you can do but wait.

Strong performance in a masters program (assuming this biomedical program is one) will undoubtedly make you a more qualified applicant, however the true effect won't be seen until you complete the program as you may not have any grades thus far (if it's a one year program) to show for.
