Step III State for step 3

Is there any reason not to pick delaware to register for step 3? It appears to be fee free, and no other restrictions compared to my home state of louisiana. Will I run into any problems down the line with state licensure in louisiana if I do this?

It doesn't matter. I am from Louisiana, training in Illinois, and I registered through Delaware.
