Does anyone know of states other than New York who may accept a one-year residency program in lieu of taking a regional board exam like the WERB or NERB?

Supposedly acccepting PGY-1 (or in the process of it) for granting a license are: Minnesota, Ohio, Connecticut, Washington...

I know there are more but can't think of 'em off the top of my head.
