The emory website states for the personal essay:

"Emory requires that the personal essay be a concise narrative outlining your career goals and how the program of study you have selected will help you achieve them"

I was just wondering if I should elaborate on my public health experiences thus far and kind of my road to public health or simply stick to the two topics they present?

I touched briefly on the first topic. My statement was definitely more about my experiences/road to PH but I related them to what I wanted to do in the future and how Emory would help me achieve those goals.
