i know it's probably in some errata list somewhere - but i don't think that statins are anywhere in the 2006 FA - anyone have a page number??

Only thing I could find was on page 100.

I think there were two pages missing from 2006 FA--one on cholesterol drugs, and one on micro (rickettsia or mycoplasma or something), I think you can download them from the publisher's website. If I remember correctly, it seemed like the publishers just left them out as their page numbers didn't correspond to missing pages in FA.
