My file at Western COMP has been complete for a very long time but they still have a pre-interview HOLD on my file. There is only one month left for their interviewing season. What can be done at this point?
Already sent in LOI/UPDATES/LOR earlier.

I was thinking about going to the admissions office personally to drop off another update letter since its only 1hr away. Would this be appropriate or is this not recommended?

I don't know how many seats are available, but as you said the interview door is shutting. Do what you can to let them know you are interested. There still might be a chance. If you want it do what is respectable and necessary to get the shot. GOOD LUCK!!!
